I originally spoke with a different Realtor in the area, but I thought she underpriced my property. I searched for other duplex listings in the area, and found that Laurel Robinson was the listing agent on these properties. Laurel had a much more comprehensive report than the other agent I spoke with, and her suggested list price was significantly higher. This sale took longer than expected, due to a buyer getting cold feet and defaulting on the contract at the last minute. Laurel was able to find a different buyer in a short time, even though we had lost the prime summer months while under contract with the buyer who defaulted. I was impressed by Laurel's high number of sold listings, and being one of the top listing agents at her firm.
